Shea Puckett
Manual osteopath
Shea holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Brock University and a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice from the National Academy of Osteopathy. As a manual osteopath, she takes a holistic, individualized approach to care, using gentle hands-on techniques to support the body’s natural alignment, movement, and physiological function. Her treatments may incorporate myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral mobilization, and general osteopathic techniques.
Shea has specialized training in pediatric osteopathy and enjoys working with patients of all ages, from newborns and children to adults. Pediatric treatments are gentle and tailored to each child’s individual needs, supporting them through developmental milestones and periods of growth.
Shea has a particular interest in craniosacral therapy and its gentle approach to supporting both children and adults. She works with a variety of concerns, including headaches and migraines, post-concussion symptoms, sinus or chest congestion, chronic stress, and the physical demands that can accompany different stages of life.

Outside of the clinic, Shea has a passion for being in nature as much as she can - often finding new hiking trails, golf courses, or campsites. She enjoys spending time with family and friends (and her two cats - Luna & Alphonso), and has just learned to downhill ski in the last 5 years.
