With over ten years experience as a nurse, I have worked in a wide variety of specialties throughout her career including Research Nursing, Family Medicine, Complex Care, Long Term Care, and Palliative Care. I currently work part time in Neurology at The Ottawa Hospital while practicing Cosmetic Nursing and the owner and founder of Thrive Wellness & Aesthetics.

I have always had a love for people and a desire to help patients achieve a better quality of life. While going on my own journey through chronic pain, burnout and fibromyalgia, I found it necessary to improve my work life balance. Thrive Wellness & Aesthetics was created out of a desire to improve overall wellbeing and quality of life, and to help bridge the gap in our current healthcare climate by offering adjunct therapies like IV vitamin infusions.

I aim to bring a holistic approach into the cosmetic domain, and help individuals feel their best both inside and out.
